Working at the intersection of maintenance, engineering projects, and quality assurance within a strictly regulated GMP environment, you will drive the reliability and continuity of complex systems, including HVAC, chilled water, and air handling. You will translate long-term visions into concrete preventive maintenance plans (PMPs), conduct quality investigations, and lead modification and replacement projects to ensure flawless current operations while building a future-proof infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Asset Strategy & Reliability: Own, develop, and execute long-term asset management strategies and Preventive Maintenance Plans (PMPs) for critical utility and HVAC installations.
- System Optimization: Maintain high reliability and continuous operation for complex equipment including HVAC units, chilled water systems, and air handling units.
- Project Leadership: Manage modification, upgrade, and replacement projects from design and continuous improvement through to implementation.
- GMP & Quality Compliance: Conduct thorough quality investigations (e.g., deviations, CAPAs, root-cause analyses) and ensure all maintenance activities strictly comply with regulatory standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the technical bridge between operations, project teams, quality assurance, and external contractors.
After the initial onboarding period (approx. 6 months), you will periodically (approx. once per quarter) participate in the 24|7 on-call duty rotation to ensure the continuity of critical systems.
